Stainless Steel Welding Electrode A002 GB/T E308L-16 AWS E308L-16 Description: A002 is an ultra-low carbon Cr19Ni10 stainless steel electrode with titanium-calcium coating. It can be used for both AC and DC with good process performance. The carbon content of the deposited metal is ≤0.04% which provides good anti-intergranular corrosion performance. Application: It is used for welding ultra-low carbon Cr19Ni10 stainless steel structures, and can also be used for 06Cr18Ni1Ti corrosion-resistant stainless steel structures whose working temperature is lower than 300°C; it is mainly used for the manufacture of synthetic fibers, chemical fertilizers, petroleum and other equipment. Chemical composition of weld metal(%):
Mechanical properties of weld metal:
Recommended current:
Notice: 1. The electrode must be baked for 1 hour at around 150℃ before welding operation; 2. Use DC power supply as much as possible, and the current should not be too large to avoid redness of the welding rod; 3. The corrosion resistance and ferrite content of the deposited metal are determined by the double agreement of supply and demand. Wenzhou Tianyu Electronic Co., Ltd. was established in 2000. We have been engaged in the manufacturing of welding electrodes, welding rods, and welding consumables for more than 20 years. Our main products include stainless steel welding electrodes, carbon steel welding electrodes, low alloy welding electrodes, surfacing welding electrodes, nickel & cobalt alloy welding electrodes, mild steel & low alloy welding wires, stainless steel welding wires, gas-shielded flux cored wires, aluminum welding wires, submerged arc welding. wires, nickel & cobalt alloy welding wires, brass welding wires, TIG & MIG welding wires, tungsten electrodes, carbon gouging electrodes, and other welding accessories & consumables.
