Stainless Steel Welding Electrode AF2594-16 AWS A5.4 E2594-16 Description: AF2594-16 is an ultra-low carbon nitrogen-containing duplex stainless steel electrode with titanium-calcium coating. It can be used for both AC and DC. PRE (pitting resistance equivalent value or pitting index) ≥ 40, the deposited metal has good thermal cracking resistance. Due to the low carbon content and a certain amount of molybdenum and nitrogen, the deposited metal has good resistance to pitting corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. Application: It is mainly used for welding the same type of duplex stainless steel in offshore oil, natural gas and petrochemical industries, such as 00Cr25Ni7Mo4N, etc. Chemical composition of weld metal(%):
