Description: A432 is a 3Cr26Ni21 heat-resistant stainless steel electrode with titanium-calcium coating. It can be used for both AC and DC with excellent operating performance. The deposited metal has high creep strength, good joint performance, and low thermal crack sensitivity. Application: It is specially used for welding HK40 heat-resistant steel. - The electrode must be baked for 1 hour at around 150℃ before welding operation;
- Because the penetration depth is shallow during AC welding, the DC power supply should be used as much as possible to get deeper penetration. and the current should not be too large to avoid redness of the welding rod.
