Description: Ni327-4 is a nickel-based electrode with low-hydrogen sodium coating. Use DCEP (direct current electrode positive). It has excellent welding performance with stable arc combustion, less spatter, easy removing slag, and beautiful weld. The mechanical properties of the deposited metal are stable. Application: Used for welding low-carbon nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys, such as Hastelloy C276, ASTM B574, B575, B619, B622, B626, and can also be used for welding dissimilar steels with other nickel-based alloys.
