Description: A902 is a stainless steel electrode with titanium-calcium coating. It can be used for both AC and DC with excellent operating performance. Its deposited metal has excellent corrosion resistance and strong oxidation resistance and is widely used in the manufacture of chemical industry, petroleum, and hydrogen production equipment. Application: Used for welding of Carpenter20Cb nickel alloy in sulfuric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid and oxidative acid corrosion medium. It can also be used for dissimilar steel welding. - The electrode must be baked for 1 hour at around 150℃ before welding operation;
- Because the penetration depth is shallow during AC welding, the DC power supply should be used as much as possible to get deeper penetration. and the current should not be too large to avoid redness of the welding rod.
